The application forms can be obtained from the Registrar's Office, on payment of Rs.60/- in cash or by Bank Demand Draft, drawn in favour of the Registrar, Avinashilingam University for Women, payable at Coimbatore, together with a self-addressed and stamped envelope (23 x 10 cms size) for Rs.15. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu can get the prospectus and application form by paying 50% of cost of application (i.e) Rs.30/- on production of an attested copy of the Community Certificate and the Degree Course completion certificate. A Separate application form must be used for each of the courses. Attested copies of all the mark sheets should be attached to the application form. Application should be sent to the Registrar, on or before 11.5.2010

Documents to be Submitted

The following documents must be submitted in original on or before the commencement of the classes  failing which admission will be refused

1. Higher Secondary Examination mark sheet / Pre - Degree mark Sheet, Degree mark sheet and Degree, Diploma Certificate (B.Ed/ Degree Mark Sheet and Degree, Diploma certificate for M.Ed Admission)

2. Transfer Certificate

3. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution in which the candidate last studied

4. Migration certificate

5. Community Certificate from the local Tahsildar in the case of SC/ST/MBC/BC and Denoted Tribes belonging to Tamil Nadu only and

6. Medical Fitness Certificate from the Govt. Civil Surgeon

Admission is strictly subject ti verification of original mark sheets. If the original mark certificates are found to bogus at any point of time, the authorities reserve the right to cancel the admission and take criminal action against the candidate as per rules.
