m.Sc. (it and management - 2 years - interdisciplinary course)
The broad objective of M.Sc (IT and Management) is to provide students with a conducive academic environment in IT and Management. This combination inspires and provides them an opportunity to learn, understand, explore and acquire critical understanding of the many issues which fall under the umbrella of the new arena. This course aims to give students an informed awareness of the principal issues of professional ethics and responsibility in the design, implementation and use of computer and information systems. It also enables students to deal effectively with ethical, legal and professional issues now and in their future careers. The aim of the course also is to help students meet career opportunities in the computing and information industry with Managerial Skills. The course helps the students to become self-sufficient in the use of Information Technology in Management.
