Higher Secondary
Examination mark list

Degree mark list and
degree, Diploma Certificate (all in original).

MAT/CAT/ JMET/ XAT /
ATMA /TANCET Score Sheet(s) (in original)

Transfer
Certificate/College leaving certificate (in
original).

Conduct Certificate (in
original). from the Head of the Institution in which
the candidate last studied.

Migration
Certificate.(for other university candidates)

Community Certificate
from the local Tahsildar in the case of SC/ST/MBC/BC
and Denotified Tribes belonging to Tamilnadu State
only and

Medical Fitness
Certificate.
