Library offers the following services

• Current Awareness Service

The new books are displayed in the display racks. The wrappers are jackets of the latest additions are displayed n the Notice Board.

• Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI)
  
  SDI is provided manually to limited extent based on the requirement.

• Reference Service
  
  The library assists readers in finding information in the library books and journals, in preparing bibliographies, in guiding readers generally in the most efficient use of the library’s resource and facilities.

• Referral Service
  
  The readers are provided assistance in locating information from the library by referring to the external sources of information. This service is also carried out through the E-mail.

• Newspaper Clipping Service
  
  The newspaper clipping from 12 dailies on various subjects are made available to readers for reference.

• Photocopying service
  
  A photocopy service is available for books and single copies of journal articles on payment basis. Bound back volume and reference books will not be xeroxed. This service makes it possible for users to obtain permanent copies of library materials.
