Dietetic and Catering internship is offered
as a part of the curriculum at the undergraduate and
postgraduate levels to give work experience. The
department is in charge of running the canteen in the
university from 1976. The students use the canteen as
their quantity cookery lab. At present, quantity cookery
laboratory has been built for both under graduate and
postgraduate students
The department is well equipped for quantity cookery,
service and sales and for clinical experiments.
