department profile
The changing
socio-economic forces and the advancement in technology
taking place in our society in recent years are giving
rise to new trends in the family structure, role of men
and women, value priorities, living styles and work
patterns. The scientific aspects of effective resource
management have added significance on account of the
increasing value of time, limitation of resources and
increasing number of responsibilities that have to be
shouldered by women as homemakers and wage earners.
