The application form and prospectus  for admission can be obtained from the Registrar's Office, in person on payment of Rs.60/- in cash or  by post, by sending Rs 60/- by Demand Draft, drawn in favour of the Registrar, Avinashilingam University for Women payable at Coimbatore together with a self addressed stamped envelope (23x10 cms in size) for Rs.20/-   Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates can get the prospectus and application form by paying 50% of the cost of application (i.e) Rs.30/- on production of an attested copy of the community certificate and a Degree Course Completion Certificate. 

The application form duly filled in should reach the Registrar 's office on or before 31.02.2008

The application form must be accompanied by a self addressed and stamped envelope for Rs 5/-

The application form should be signed by the candidate and the parent or guardian. All the columns in the application form must be dully filled. The percentage of markds obtained in Part III Major and Ancillary must be entered in the application form without fail.

The application should be accompanied by

   a. An attested copy of the Diploma or Provisional Certificate of the Degree Taken

   b. Attested copies of the grades or marks obtained in the degree examination.

  c. Attested copies of the S.S.L.C. and Higher Secondary mark sheets.

  d. Attested copy of the Transfer certificate from the College/University last attended.

    e. An attested copy of the Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the College/the

      Registrar of the University in which the applicant last studied.

  f.      A Medical Certificate in the prescribed form given by a Gazetted Medical Officer.

 g.     A relieving certificate from the school/College/Institute in which the applicant last served as a teacher.

 h.      Candidates belonging to BC/MBC/SC/ST should produce an attested copy of the permanent Community Certificate.

i.        Attested copy of the Income Certificate

j.        Nativity Certificate

k.      Passport size recent photograph fixed on the application form (Not: The photograph

Should have been taken not earlier than 3 months before the date of application)
