A candidate will be eligible for admission to the degree of Bachelor of Education if she has taken a degree of this University or any other University recognized by this University as equivalent to its degree (No degree programme of less than 3 years duration after 10+2 pattern of schooling or of less than 4 years duration in the case of 11 years of schooling will be recognized as meeting the requirements of eligibility). For offering English as equivalent to two optionals, the candidate should hold a B.A. degree in English language and literature. Candidates applying for Economics optional must be post graduates in Economics. Only graduates who have completed their degrees need to apply. Those students waiting for their results need not apply.

AGE

            Maximum 25 years as on 1^st July, 2008 and relaxable upto 30years in the case of MBC/SC/ST candidates, 27 years in the case of BC candidates and upto 35 years in the case of teacher candidates who have put inexperience of atleast 3 years in recognized schools.
