PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING CERTIFICATES

1. Migration Certificate

To procure the Migration Certificate candidates are requested to send a Demand Draft for Rs.100/- in favour of the Registrar, Avinashilingam Deemed University, Coimbatore-43 payable at Indian Bank, Coimbatore along with a self addressed and stamped envelope for Rs.25/- along with details of course studied.

2. Duplicate Mark Statement

When students miss or loss their certificates given by the Controller’s office, students have to apply for getting Duplicate statement of marks to the controller and pay the amount as Rs.200 for Duplicate statement of Marks with search fee of Rs.75/- if applied after 1year within 4 years of completing the course and Rs.150/- for applied after 4 years of completing the course.

3. Duplicate Degree Certificate

Candidates are requested to send a D.D for Rs.250/- towards fee for issuing a duplicate degree certificate together with an ‘Irrevocably Lost’ certificate obtained from a Notary Public’ as well as from the police authority together with requisition letter with necessary enclosures for proof of study.
